2002-2009 VFR800 HISS Gear Indicator / Charging Bracket

These brackets are engineered specifically for the HISS models of the 2002-2009 Honda VFR800, addressing the unique dimensional constraints of the HISS module. Given the requirement for a sub-2.5mm profile beneath the module while maintaining maximum rigidity, our innovative design incorporates a layer of precision-cut 304 stainless steel. This strategically embedded stainless steel layer extends outward from beneath the module, providing essential structural reinforcement.

Additionally, each bracket is meticulously crafted to accommodate a Healtech Gear Indicator, and a 29mm marine device, such as a USB charger, 12V socket, or voltmeter. Constructed from exceptionally durable and UV-resistant PETG plastic, these brackets ensure long-lasting performance and reliability in various environmental conditions. Designed with both functionality and durability in mind, these brackets offer the perfect solution for integrating additional marine devices into your Honda VFR800 while maintaining the structural integrity required for optimal performance.

To demonstrate how the bracket interfaces with the HISS module, the product is shown in white in the photos. The bracket is designed to fill the void directly above the key cylinder, created by the additional material beneath the HISS module. For an OEM-like finish, the visible white portion above the key cylinder will be black in all finished brackets, unless otherwise requested, while the rest of the bracket will be made in the color of your choice. This final appearance can be seen in the digital rendering of the bracket.

To accommodate the added height of the bracket, two new, longer stainless Allen head screws are included with each bracket, ensuring secure and precise installation.
